隐私政策

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explain how[Shanghai Maise Information Technology Ltd] (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collect, disclose, transfer, secure and use information about you in connection with your use of the Services of Umer Doctor App(“the services” or “ the App”) and the rights and choices you have regarding these activities. This Policy applies to personal data in our possession or under our control, including personal data in the possession of our services in which we have engaged to collect, use, disclose or process personal data for our purposes.By agreeing to the Policy and Terms of Use, you confirm that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

If you do not want us to collect and use information about you as described in this Privacy Policy, then you should not use the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we will store, use and otherwise process your information in People's Republic of China. Please be aware that the privacy laws and standards of China may differ from those that apply in the country in which you reside.

Our service mainly meets the needs and interests of users such as medical news, reference content, clinical tools, applications, sponsored programs, advertising, email communications, continuing medical education, market research opportunities and discussion forums (collectively, the "Services").

本隐私政策（“本政策”）规定及解释了[上海麦色信息科技有限公司]（“我们”、“我们”或“我们的”）您在您使用优麦医生App服务(“服务”)中如何收集、披露、传输、保护和使用您的个人信息，以及您对这些活动的权利和选择。本政策适用于我们拥有或控制的个人数据，包括我们在提供服务的过程中收集、使用、披露或处理个人数据的组织拥有的个人数据。通过同意服务协议和本政策，您确认您已阅读并理解本隐私政策。

如果您不希望我们收集和使用本隐私政策中描述的有关您的信息，那么您不应该使用服务。通过使用服务，您知悉并同意我们将在中华人民共和国存储、使用和以其他方式处理您的信息。请注意，中国的隐私法律和标准可能与您居住的国家/地区的隐私法律和标准有所不同。

1.As used in this Policy:

“customer” means an individual who (a) has contacted us through any means to find out more about any goods or services we provide, or (b) may, or has, entered into a contract with us for the supply of any goods or services by us; and

我们会在得到您的同意后收集和使用您的敏感个人信息以实现与优麦医生业务相关的功能，并为您提供“不同意”对这些敏感个人信息的收集与使用的选择，但是如果这些敏感个人信息对于优麦医生相关功能是必要的，您拒绝提供这些信息会影响您使用相关功能，但这不会影响您使用优麦医生的其他功能。

2.Depending on the nature of your interaction with us, some examples of personal data which we may collect from you include your name and identification information such as your NRIC number, contact information such as your address, email address or telephone number, nationality, gender, date of birth, marital status, photographs and other audio-visual information, employment information and financial information such as credit card numbers, debit card numbers or bank account information.

We will collect and use your sensitive personal information with your consent to implement the functions related to the business of us, and provide you with the option of "not agreeing" to the collection and use of such sensitive personal information, but if such sensitive personal information is necessary for the relevant functions of the App, your refusal to provide such information will affect your use of the relevant functions, However, this will not affect the other functions of your use of our service.

Special Provisions on Registration in China: we focus on online education for medical and health professionals and the dissemination of popular knowledge of dermatology. According to Chinese laws and regulations, due to the special nature of the medical industry, some educational contents are not suitable for general public access. Therefore, before you use the service, we need to verify your true identity, and please complete your identity certification after registration.

i. For the doctor certification procedure, you need to provide us with the following information: name, hospital, professional title, department, clear ID card photo (sensitive personal information), clear doctor's practice certificate (sensitive personal information) or doctor's qualification certificate (sensitive personal information) or picture of doctor's professional certificate (sensitive personal information). When you have successfully registered and completed the certification, the will display your personal homepage;

Ii. For the Medical Student/Regulatory Student Certification Program, you need to provide us with the following information: Student ID, ID (sensitive personal information);

Iii. For the Nurse/Nurse/Technician Certification Program, you will need to provide us with the following information: Practice Cards, Identity Cards (Sensitive Personal Information).

After you provide the above information, complete the registration, submit the user authentication application materials and agree to the User Agreement and this Privacy Policy, we will review the materials provided by you, confirm that your identity information is accurate and correct, complete the authentication procedure, and you can use all the functions of the App. The provision of the above information is necessary information for some of the services provided to you by us. If you choose not to provide the above necessary information, you will not be able to use some of the functions of the App.

中国区注册的特别规定：优麦医生系专注于医疗卫生专业人士在线教育、皮肤病科普知识传播的App，根据中国法律规定由于医疗行业的特殊性，部分教育内容并不适合普通公众访问，因此，在您使用优麦医生前，我们需要核实您的真实身份，请您注册之后完成身份认证。

i. 为医生认证程序，您需要向我们提供以下信息：姓名、医院、职称、科室、清晰的身份证照片（敏感个人信息）、清晰的医师执业证书（敏感个人信息）或者医师资格证书（敏感个人信息）或医师职称证（敏感个人信息）的图片。当您成功注册并完成认证后，优麦医生将展示您的个人主页；

ii. 为医学生/规培生认证程序，您需要向我们提供以下信息：学生证、身份证（敏感个人信息）；

iii. 为护士/护师/技师认证程序，您需要向我们提供以下信息：执业证、身份证（敏感个人信息）。

您提供上述信息、完成注册、提交用户认证申请资料并同意《用户协议》和本《隐私政策》后，我们将审核您所提供的资料，确认您的身份信息准确无误后，完成认证程序，您可以使用优麦医生全部功能。上述信息提供是优麦医生向您提供部分服务的必要信息，如果您选择不提供上述必要信息，您将无法使用优麦医生的部分功能。

(b) Information automatically collected in Services.

We provide browsing function, information publishing function, search function ("General Service").We automatically collect and store information about your use of General Services, such as your engagement with particular content , clicked on a link, your search queries and how often and when you engage with the Services. We also collect information about your device such as device model, IMEI, IMSI, unique device identifier, device serial number, device MAC address, operating system Resolution,resolution ratio, operator, software version number, software list, Android ID, etc.,when you access the Services.

Cookies and other tracking technologies: When you use our services, we store small data files called cookies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies usually contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters. We use this information to determine whether registered users have logged in, improve service/product quality and optimize user experience. If you do not want your personal information to be kept in cookies, you can configure your browser and choose to disable the cookie function. Disabling the cookie function may affect your use of the App or your inability to fully access the services we provide. We will not use cookies for any purpose other than those described in this Privacy Policy. You can manage or delete cookies according to your preferences. (c)Goods/Services Purchase and Payment .

(d)Verification Purposes.

We may use your information in conjunction with information from third parties to recognize you as a registered member when you verify your identity and/or professional credentials. We may require you to provide proof of your identity, including that you are a healthcare professional, and if you are unable to do so to our reasonable satisfaction, we reserve the right to deny you access to the Services. While we take steps to verify that our members who identify as healthcare professionals are actually healthcare professionals, we make no guarantee as to their identity, professional credentials or licence status.

(h)Information Service

We will provide the latest information published in the app, such as course information and U-task information, to the"System Notification" in the app. If you have exited the application in the process, we will generate a self-launch behavior and push information to you in the form of message notification to ensure that you do not miss the latest news. If you do not need this service, you can turn off the notification of the app at any time by going to the "Mine - System Setup - Notification and Control Center" page of your phone.

我们会将App内最新发布的资讯，比如课程信息、U任务信息等推送至应用内的“系统通知”。在此过程中如果您已经退出应用，我们会产生自启动行为，以消息通知的方式向您推送信息，以确保您不会遗漏最新消息。如您不需要此项服务，您可以随时前往手机“我的-系统设置-通知与控制中心”页面，关闭应用的通知。

(i)complying with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines, or rules, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority;

(5) Additional services for picture access and uploading based on photo albums (picture libraries): You may use this function to upload your avatar, photos of doctors/nurses/nurses/technicians' practicing certificates, professional title photos, photos of medical students/trainees' student cards, and topic discussion images after opening the permission of photo albums to achieve better services, or contact customer service to upload image information.

(6) Additional services related to microphone based voice technology: You can use the microphone to make voice calls with other users and leave messages to other users after turning on the microphone authority.

You understand and agree that the above-mentioned additional services may require you to turn on the access rights of your location information (location geographic location), cameras (cameras), photo albums (picture libraries), microphones (voice) and calls in your device to realize the collection and use of the information involved in these rights.You can view the status of the above-mentioned rights in your device settings and decide whether to turn them on or off at any time. Please note that when you open any authority, you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide corresponding services for you. Once you close any authority, you cancel the authorization, and we will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding authority, nor can we provide you with the services corresponding to the authority. 为了识别账号异常，保障服务和功能的正常使用，为您提供更便捷、更优质的服务，努力提升您的体验，我们在向您提供的以下服务中需要您开通以下的设备权限。

（1）基于电话（设备信息）的服务：您开启电话权限后，我们使用设备标识码进行统计、账号安全风控，以便正常使用我们的服务。

（2）基于存储权限的服务：您开启存储权限后，可以上传头像、执业证书照片，缓存课程。

（3）基于位置信息的附加服务：我们会在您开启位置权限后访问获取您的位置信息，您可以向其他用户发送您的位置信息。

（4）基于相机/摄像头的附加服务：您可在开启相机/摄像头权限后使用该功能在与用户沟通时可实时拍摄相关图片。

（5）基于相册（图片库）的图片访问及上传的附加服务：您可在开启相册权限后使用该功能上传您的头像、医师/护士/护师/技师执业证书照片、职称照片、医学生/规培生学生证照片、话题讨论图像，以实现更好的服务，或与客服联系上传图像信息。

（6）基于麦克风的语音技术相关附加服务：你可在开启麦克风权限后使用麦克风实现与其他用户语音通话、给其他用户留言。

您理解并同意，上述附加服务可能需要您在您的设备中开启您的位置信息（定位地理位置）、摄像头（相机）、相册（图片库）、麦克风（语音）、拨打电话的访问权限，以实现这些权限所涉及信息的收集和使用。您可在您的设备设置查看上述权限的状态，并可自行决定这些权限随时的开启或关闭。请您注意，您开启任一权限即代表您授权我们收集和使用相关个人信息来为您提供对应服务，您一旦关闭任一权限即代表您取消了授权，我们将不再基于对应权限继续收集和使用相关个人信息，也无法为您提供该权限所对应的服务。但是，您关闭权限的决定不会影响基于您此前的授权所进行的信息收集及使用，您关闭某一权限，仅会影响该权限对应的功能无法使用，并不影响其他功能和服务的正常使用。

You are aware that such sharing will only occur when you visit areas or contents marked with the name (or trade name, trademark) of a third party. If you do not agree to such sharing, please select "Disagree" through 〔Me-System Setting-Information Sharing–Informed Consent Form〕. If you choose not to agree, you may not be able to access the content that must be shared with a third party for the third party to verify your identity, but it does not affect your use of other functions of the platform.; or

ii. We may cooperate with partners (third parties) to carry out product trials, research, article or video solicitation, case solicitation, academic meetings, training and other activities, and we may share your personal information with third parties, such as providing your registration information to the event organizers in order to complete the registration of participants with the event organizers; In order to mail trial products to you, We needs to provide your mailing information to product providers and logistics distributors. ① 优麦医生仅会出于合法、正当、必要、特定、明确的目的共享您的个人信息，并且只会共享提供服务所必要的个人信息。优麦医生的合作伙伴无权将共享的个人信息用于任何其他用途。

② 对优麦医生与之共享个人信息的公司、组织和个人，优麦医生会与其签署严格的保密协定，要求他们按照优麦医生的《隐私政策》以及其他任何相关的保密和安全措施来处理个人信息。

③ 基于现有技术的限制，同时考虑您操作便捷和良好体验感，优麦医生就向第三方分享您的个人信息向您获取单独授权的方式包括以下两种：

i. 《信息分享-知情同意书》: 就您访问由优麦医生合作伙伴（第三方）提供或与优麦医生合作的消息、资讯、图文、直播、视频等内容时，为第三方核实确认您的身份适合相关内容（例如第三方所提供的内容涉及处方药治疗等信息，仅适合医生访问）之目的，您的个人信息需要分享给第三方，我们将事先获得您的知情同意。考虑到您浏览消息、资讯、图文、直播、视频的频率，如每次访问均弹出知情同意书供您签署，可能会影响您操作的便捷性，给您带来较差的体验感，因此，我们会在您注册优麦医生时向您发出《信息分享-知情同意书》，向您披露在优麦医生平台上浏览消息、资讯、图文、直播、视频等内容可能需要向第三方分享具体情况，包括您的个人信息可能会分享的全部第三方名称、提供情形、提供信息类型、提供目的与方式。请您知悉，该等分享仅在您访问标注了第三方名称（或商号、商标）的区域或内容时才会发生。如您不同意该等分享，请您在〔我的-系统设置-《信息分享-知情同意书》〕中选择“不同意”。如您选择不同意，您可能无法访问必须向第三方分享您个人信息以供第三方核验您身份才能够访问的内容，但不影响您使用本平台其他功能。；或

ii. 优麦医生可能与合作伙伴（第三方）合作开展产品试用、调研、文章或视频征集、病例征集、学术会议、培训等活动，优麦医生可能会向第三方分享您的个人信息，例如，为了向活动主办方完成参与人员注册，向活动主办方提供您的报名信息；为了向您邮寄试用产品，优麦医生需向产品提供方、物流配送商提供您的邮寄信息。对这类活动中对外分享您的个人信息的情形，优麦医生将在您报名参与相关活动时，向您获取向第三方分享个人信息的单独授权。如您不同意授权，您可能无法参与相关活动，但不影响您使用本平台其他功能。

(b) To third party service providers（including Third Party SDKs), agents and other organizations we have engaged to perform any of the functions listed in clause 5 above for us.

You can visit〔Me-System-The Catalogue of Third Party SDKs〕to learn more about the name of the third-party SDKs accessed, the type and purpose of collecting personal information, etc. When a third party collects and uses your personal information, it will process and protect your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy of the third party. （c） We may disclose your personal information to the competent authorities based on laws and regulations, administrative acts of administrative organs or judgments, rulings and decisions of judicial organs. When the above circumstances occur, we will require the competent authorities to issue corresponding legal documents and take security measures that conform to laws and industry standards for the disclosed information.

In general, we shall seek to process your request within fifteen (15) business days of receiving it.
